On January 22nd, at the INFF 2025 Facility Partners Meeting in Barcelona, ​​UNDP hosted the panel discussion “SDGs and Thematic Bonds” to highlight the role of sovereign thematic bonds in raising capital and aligning debt instruments with SDG priorities for transformative impact.

Luís Herrero, President of Barcelona Centre Financer Europeu (BCFE), participated in the panel discussion.

This important event, which took place on 22 and 23 January, offered an opportunity to take stock of progress made and future priorities, deepen partnerships and shape renewed commitments through the upcoming 4th International Conference on Financing for Development (FfD4) to be held in Seville this year.
